Abstract
This paper presents the calculation of sheath voltages of flat and trefoil cables by varying phase currents. These sheath voltages are calculated by considering phases A, B and C respectively. The sheath voltages are compared and it is found that phase B current is more appropriate for both flat and trefoil formations due to the consistent growth in sheath voltage. In addition, the same sheath voltages are calculated by varying the spacing and radius.
