  • Abstract
    This paper studies the motivation effect of total rewards upon colleges and universities´ seminar members by using a questionnaire designed for seminar members. And the data collected from the questionnaire is under correlation analysis and regression analysis by SPSS. The work environment variable has positive effect on seminar member outward manifestation with a standardized regression coefficient of 0.350(p<;.005); the salary has positive effect on internal emotion with a standardized regression coefficient of 0.296(p<;0.05); the word environment has positive effect on seminar´s integral atmosphere with a standardized regression of 0.318(p<;0.05). So we conclude that the part of total rewards has positive effect on the motivation of university seminar members.
