  • Abstract
    Integration of Distribution SCADA with GIS realizes information sharing, including distribution model, graph, and real-time information. Distribution GIS system contains the geographical information of the distribution system and provides the interface and services according IEC 61968/61970, and the SVG format graph. Distribution SCADA is a major source of real-time information and the interface based on IEC 61968/61970. Integration of SCADA with GIS leverages modern computing capabilities to deliver highly actionable information to a wide range of users. And the overall maintenance and support cost are considerably reduced.
