Abstract :
In this paper, the work of how to auto-create the recovering scheme for power grid controller (PGC) in the accident emergency has been researched. Applying the CBR (case-based reasoning) technique into power grid faults management, imitating PGC thinking way in emergency of blackout, the authors develop power grid accident recovering model. Due to the different importance of factors, the method of alter-weight KNN (k-nearest neighbor) is used to create the best handling fault scheme. According to component technology and MVC (model view controller) pattern, a new recovering scheme management system (RSMS) is put forward, and the detailed process of implementation is completed by JSP, JavaBean, Servlet etc. A new technical management way is exploited for PGC in blackout emergency
