Abstract :
Technology and mathematics for monitoring systems construction and optimization are presented. Different approaches to the hypotheses testing (as theoretical basis of objects detection) are compared. For monitoring of artificial objects mathematical model of nondestructive testing was developed. Proposed prove of monitoring economical efficiency may be used by projections of big monitoring systems, including global ones.
