Abstract :
Network Virtualization is coming to play the important role in network architecture because there are many flexible resources are available in ICT infrastructure. In this paper, we describe state-of-the-art challenges to be forced in implementing network virtualization functions and several use cases of utilizing network virtualization to get more value than is provided by using existing network architecture. We also discuss the future direction of networks in the Beyond 100G Era.
