  • Abstract
    This paper presents the coefficients´ computation method for implementing a digital reverberator based on the algorithm proposed by Jean-Marc Jot (1997). Applying the source image method the impulse response of a certain room can be derived, which approximates, especially for low frequency, the early reflections part of the natural impulse response. Considering the taps resulted from the mentioned method, a solution for Jot´s reverberator design is offered, generating the early reflections and the desired shape for the late reverberation part. The method uses some approximations, which do not affect significantly the perception of the reverberated sound
