Abstract :
The article aim at a typical speed reducer measuring points (failure-prone region) of main feed belt for the blast furnace to find the developing trend of the equipment malfunction and to make more accurate judgments for equipment malfunction, according to measurement data on many occasions. At the same time, a corresponding vibration diagnostic criteria of the equipment and a common fault intelligent identification system are made and continuously updated to facilitate the monitoring of equipment vibration condition in the site, to improve the operating condition of the equipment, to make site inspection accurate and efficient.
