Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

The paper simulate the construction process by programming the dam construction simulation system, and look for the parameters which have important impact on the simulation results such as dam construction schedule and placement intensity through the model parameters sensitivity analysis, then well targeted design the optimized construction program and provide advice and decision support to speed up the construction schedule and ensure the completion on schedule.
