Abstract :
The community concerned about the financing problem for small and medium sized enterprises, while also taking a number of concrete measures to solve the problems. But financing difficulties have still not been fundamentally resolved. This paper will analyze this problem from the perspective of policy and financing channels. Our point is that SME financing is a commercial activity and we should follow the market rules to solve these problems. Industrial websites become a new financing channel for SMEs. The main purpose of this paper is to analyze financing problems faced by SMEs and addresses establishing industrial website will be an effective methodology to partly solve SMEs financing problems.
