Abstract :
This paper considers the combination between correlation-mapping based spreading and orthogonal frequency and code division multiplexing (OFCDM) systems. The proposed system makes use of the correlated channels to spread the transmitted bits in time and frequency domains of OFCDM systems. The input bits are regained by calculating the correlation values of the received bits. This method inherits the advantages of OFCDM and is with the simple design of its receiver. What´s more, Low-Density-Parity-Check (LDPC) code is also applied to reduce the adverse effects caused by the complex channels. It has been proved in the simulation results that this correlation-mapping based spreading method achieves good performances both in AWGN channel and in Rayleigh channel.
