Abstract :
The article analyses the development status and weakness existing in China´s integrated kitchen cabinet enterprises. It points out that the integrated kitchen cabinet enterprises should make its way out by implementing mass customization mode, which can supply made-to-order products in a way of mass production with low cost, high quality and efficiency. One important way of getting customers´ individualized demands information is to carry out customer relationship management of mass customization mode, which is also the necessity for the successful operation of mass customization producing mode in the integrated kitchen cabinet enterprises.
