Abstract :
This paper presents a new approach for accurate co-registration in range or azimuth direction of interferometric SAR images. The method is intrinsically very accurate and effective since it does not use any interpolation or cross-correlation procedure as in conventional methods. Results obtained with interferometric airborne data are presented showing that a co-registration accuracy better than 0.03 of a sample is achieved for a window of 32 times 32 samples
