Abstract :
On the basis of the deep search and analysis of the relative literature of virtual R&D team, the article summaries a total of 11 key factors which influence the virtual R&D team performance. And the article uses "input - process - output" model (IPO: input-process-output)to build a performance influencing factors model of virtual R&D team, and brings up theoretical assumptions on the basis of that. Besides, the article uses empirical methods design the questionnaire and survey of some IT staffs in 10 domestic enterprises, and uses SPSS software to analyze the collected data; according to the results of the analysis of the model, amends to the model, and draws the relevant conclusions.
