Abstract

Along with the increasing economic globalization, the product demand increasingly fierce competition, the product life cycle is short, difficult to predict, similar product substitution agility characteristics. To face this, the enterprise implement agile supply chain management mode become development trend. In this paper analysis the agile supply chain management model main characteristics, proposed agile supply chain management model, and discusses enterprise´s strategy of the implementation of agile supply chain management.
