Abstract
Results are presented on the fluorescence emission at 685 nm and 735 nm in the time domain less than 250 ns after the interaction with 532 nm laser excitation. In particular, this technique shows that the short time fluorescence can be used to remotely sense the drought conditions on plants. Results are presented for corn, soybeans, and trees.
