Abstract :
At present, mostly uses the qualitative analysis, the subjective judgment or the single factor quota method about the product processing post operator task performance determination. The reference had the military instrument training task performance model and the product processing post work characteristic research, has given its post task performance multivariable quantitative analysis mathematical model. In this model, has constructed four influence task performance variable factor, namely operating time, operation fault rate, operation precision and operation difficulty. The operating time, the operation fault rate and the task performance are in reverse proportion. The operation precision, the operation difficulty and the task performance are proportional. The post task performance solution process: first calculates the post each sequence of operation the task performance using the model, then accumulates the summation. Proved through the experiment that, is objective about this research post task performance determination method, is precise, and also has the strong practical value.
