  • Abstract
    The essential target of high education work is creative talents cultivation. Only regarding this central work to improve management, high education could match their each job objectives sustainably. This article proposed an open and interactive organizational pattern for innovation-oriented talents cultivation through summing up Wuhan University Information Management School reform practice and summarizing its organizational operation modes. After a systematic research on its mechanism and remarkable characteristics, this article pointed out the pivotal factors which should be settled. This open and interactive organizational pattern contributed to an impactful operation mode which promoted all of the major tasks of higher education by coordinating teaching, talents cultivation and scientific research, experimental or social practice and socialized services at the same time.
