Abstract :
A methodology of estimation of influence of parameters of a path on the results of measurements of characteristics of radio-electronic devices is proposed. The procedure is based on the randomization of the module and phase of electrical impedances of the path given to the inputs/outputs of the devices, and the use of statistical methods in the course of calculation of parameters.
