Abstract :
The phase analysis of dynamical equations of polarization of an ensemble of quantum dots and population difference of electron levels has been carried out. Under conditions of either correlations of parameters or external permanent pumping, it has been shown that the coherent radiation occurred in the mode of giant pulse regardless of cavity detuning and coupling parameters. The comparation with the experiment data has also been carried out.
