Abstract :
In this paper, the OFDM transmission techniques with higher-level differential modulations are investigated for the high data-rate digital mobile radio. Two DAPSK-OFDM transmission systems using the differential encoding technique in time and frequency directions are investigated, respectively. The coherent, noncoherent and quasi-coherent demodulations of OFDM signals are introduced. The performance of DAPSK-OFDM transmission systems in the mobile radio environments are evaluated by computer simulations
