Abstract :
This paper first deduces expected value formulas for fuzzy variables. After that, we present a new class of fuzzy two-stage location-allocation problems. To solve the two-stage location-allocation problem, this paper designs a hybrid algorithm which integrates the approximation method and particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm. Finally, an application example is considered to demonstrate the proposed optimization method.
