Abstract :
Using the 3D radiation problem solution for an electric dipole arbitrarily oriented and located above a plane metal rectangular screen, the amplitudes and phase differences of orthogonal components of the radiation far field in the arbitrary direction of observation are calculated. The algorithms are produced to determine the conditions for providing the circularly polarized radiation in the given direction of the main observation planes of the dipole-screen system.
