Product development is power to development of national industry. In modern society, time is one of the most important to enterprise for gaining more profits, so time evaluation of design mission was paid more and more attention by researchers. In this paper, to evaluate development time easily, with design iteration described by design structure matrix, and queuing network model of development organization established for consideration of design mission queue, time evaluation of design mission is studied, which can calculate expectation of development time with consideration of iteration in design procedures and mission queue in work term. An example was given which demonstrates method in this paper is applicable.
