Abstract :
SALEIE - “Strategic Alignment of Electrical and Information Engineering in European Higher Education Institutions” is a LLP program started in October 2012 and is on-going. The objective of the WP5 - POLICY SALEIE work package is to bring together policy administrators from institutions across Europe in order to review current practices and to identify examples of best practice. Following the development of SALEIE project, this paper deals with the subject of identification of best practice examples for a specific problem: the management of a program in European higher education universities in the field of electrical and information engineering. We discuss the problems related with program creation, programme accreditation, programme evaluation, and program change.
