Abstract :
As more and more people go abroad to study, higher education industry has been attracted the world´s attention. At present, there is a big trade deficit in education services which shows in less domestic and foreign students go to China after graduation. This paper analyzes the development trend of China´s overseas higher education objectively. According to this situation, and proposes further countermeasures: Promote market-oriented reform of higher education; Improve the business and service environment in order to attract more overseas students to return; Increase educational investment to establish high-quality platforms and grasp the openness degree of trade correctly; Strengthen exploiting of domestic vocational training and regulate foreign agencies´ accessing to China´s education markets.
