Abstract :
In recently years, Railway Bureau cooperates with port of costal cities to open sea-rail intermodal transportation, which threat inland ports along YangZi River and make the port lose some cargo volume. This paper take Jiujiang port as an example to use theory of Support Vector Machine to predict total market volume first, then calculate most possible volume that the port gain in next 5 years by Game Theory from analysis of rate, service and leading time of transportation.
