Abstract
According to the controller and sensor requirements for different operating conditions, this paper designed three relatively balanced indicators, using the least squares fitting method, establishing minimum objective function of the absolute deviation from equilibrium conditions which was called Deviation. Finally, this paper discovered the best management and control program about multi-sensor by using Linear programming and improved genetic algorithm optimal allocation scheme to solve the problem, choosing small deviation individuals in the initial population to replace the larger one, and ensuring the optimum offspring individuals replace the poor continually.
