Abstract :
With the rapid development of communication technology, network technology and multimedia technology areas, Internet has become an essential part in people´s study and life, and E-learning systems are drawing more and more people´s attention. According to the outstanding problems that exist in the current E-learning systems such as misleading easily and poor intelligence, the paper researches on using the semantic web idea to build the core conceptual relationship model based on ontology and knowledge ontology, as well as design a smart navigation for study based on the core conceptual model to solve the outstanding problems of “Trek” and poor intelligence, and then combines with an application example to describe specific design methods and processes. The application result shows that the intelligent learning navigation has a certain effect in solving easy “Trek” and improving intelligence.
