Abstract :
An industrially produced DC-DC switching converter is studied, paying particular attention to its nonlinear behavior in different working conditions defined both by the input voltage value and by the parameter plane points. Different nonlinear behaviors, in the parameter plane, have been discovered, emphasizing the importance of a correct choice of the current ramp compensator slope and the compensator capacitance. Good agreement between experimental results and simulation results demonstrates the suitability of the derived model in the high nonlinear behavior condition
