  • Abstract
    This work aims to study, to design and to realise an original resonator based on stacked rings for an in situ characterisation of dielectric and metal materials used in a LTCC technology at 150 GHz on the one hand, and on the other hand to design a sensor using this resonator for a non-destructive dielectric characterisation of materials.
