Abstract :
The IEEE 9th International Conference on Computational Cybernetics (ICCC 2013) aim is to provide researchers and practitioners from industry and academia with a platform to report on recent developments in the areas of computational cybernetics, technical informatics, computer science and engineering. ICCC 2013 focuses on the applications of state-of-the-art intelligent techniques to engineering systems. We intend to follow and deepen the traditions and best practices of ICCC series.
