Abstract :
This paper addresses aspects of human-agent interaction based on the classification of problems. In design problems, a user expects an agent to stimulate his way-of-thinking, also in planning problems to execute complex procedures on behalf of a user and support decision-making. We evaluate various types of agents through experimental case studies.
