Abstract
The article demonstrates and puts forward the model of the relation between process, innovation, infrastructure capacities and performance of the high tech enterprise through the knowledge management process at the aspect of theoretical analysis and empirical study in China. To partition the capacity into process capacity, innovation capacity and infrastructure capacity can help us to understand the foundation that constitutes the enterprise knowledge management and consequently strengthen the construction of the knowledge management ability systemically. It points out the strategy, culture, promoting and structure can also affect the performance of the enterprise besides those direct factors including the acceptance, application, transferring and protecting of the knowledge.
