Abstract
Reasoning by analogy is an important inference tool in AI research. Null queries are queries that elicit a null answer from the database. Analogical reasoning utilizing fuzzy functional dependency to answer null queries on fuzzy relational databases have been studied. In this work, we present an approach to obtain approximate answers for null queries on similarity-relation-based fuzzy object-oriented data model. Based on the concept of contexts on domain attributes, our approach is a generalization of the former models of analogy
