Abstract
The diffraction pattern utilizing the full wave theory of a Gaussian beam was calculated. A transversal magnetic beam diffracted by two slits without thickness was considered. The effects over the radiation pattern of the finite beam and its polarization as well as the geometrical parameters of the slits were studied.
