Abstract :
Based on experiment on HRB500 reinforcement of Low-cost and High-performance with different concrete mix under same strength, the conclusion that HRB500 reinforcement of Low-cost and High-performance is not sensitive to concrete mix, only to the final intensity was obtained. With the same bearing strength, mechanical properties and the cost of beams were analyzed, the economic and social benefits of using high strength steel were described.
