Abstract :
Based on the view of cycle life in industrial cluster, this article elaborates the industrial cluster of Jing County rubber tube in Hebei Province. This article confines four characteristics including scale, industrial net, industrial innovation, and industrial threshold to identify the industrial development by researching amount documents and some scholar´s suggestion. Through analyzing the investigated questionnaire and data by structure equation model, this article confirms that the industrial cluster of Jing County rubber tube is on the growth stage.
