Abstract :
This paper introduces the structure of a frequency conversion measurement system and the data processing method. It shows that the frequency conversion measurement system eliminates both the interference voltage in a large grounding network and the mutual inductance voltage induced by the test current. It also gives some test results from grounding resistance measurement
