Abstract :
Information technology colleges are digital, networked oriented. The network is foundation, the building of resources is the core, the application is the goal, and the management system is guarantee. However, the current states of Chinese colleges IT application are: emphasizing the building of network environment but ignoring education application; information resources share limited; less quantity and low quality of education software. It is suggested to improve the mechanism and integrate all kinds of resources in order to speed up the development of digital university.
