Abstract :
The air traffic flow of terminal airspace is the bottleneck of the whole airspace´s traffic flow. It is important that the scientific method of airspace´s capacity evaluation is established. A method is presented which evaluates terminal area´s capacity based on integrated capacity evaluation. Firstly, a standard of quantifying about controller´s workload is analyzed and confirmed which important condition of terminal area´s capacity evaluation is. Secondly, theoretical models are worked out by the statistic of the data in theoretical evaluation. Regarding complicated traffic system of terminal area as the whole, the airspace and airport of terminal area is integrated air ground simulated in simulative evaluation. Finally, this method is validated by the KUNMING Terminal Area´s capacity evaluation.
