Abstract
According to the operational features of virtual enterprise, lot-sizing is divided into two parts-process batch size (PBS) and transfer batch size (TBS). Multi-objective optimization model based on production logistics balance, shortest time and lowest cost is established to research the optimum PBS and TBS of bottleneck and its forward or backward. The application example and results show that the optimum lot-sizing ensure the production rhythm of all stages are in synchronism, and the logistics time and cost are declined. This paper is of certain directive significance to practical production.
