Abstract :
Multiple-input multiple-out (MIMO) radar, having plentiful advantages and applications, is valuable to military and civil usage. But in electronic warfare, there is a game between MIMO radar and target, and clutter will affect the game. This paper proposes a novel two-step water-filling (WF) method for Stackelberg game between MIMO radar and target in the presence of clutter. Based on mutual information, WF is applied to distribute jamming power, general WF is applied to distribute signal power. Then, optimization schemes at Stackelberg equilibrium of target dominant and radar dominant can be obtained in the presence of clutter. Furthermore, reoptimization with antennas´ state perceived is also achieved to cope with the destruction of part of MIMO radar transmitting antennas. Finally, the simulation results are presented and the performances of the two optimization schemes are compared.
