Abstract :
I hope that you have decided to "build along" on our first project. In the previous installment [1], I imagined us eventually ending up with a versatile, benchtop power supply having a pair of adjustable outputs along with a single, fixed output at either 5 Vdc or 3.3 Vdc. The adjustable outputs are to be bipolar, variable from ±0– 15 Vdc, capable of providing 300 mA, regulated, and tracking (i.e., only a single control is needed to adjust the pair of output voltages simultaneously, such that |V-| = V+). This is all to be accompanied by some sort of front-panel meters to display output voltages and currents.
