Abstract :
This paper presents an analysis methodology for transmission systems with the integration of wind generators type Doubly-Fed Induction Generator (DFIG). The methodology used two stages: in the first one scheme for DFIG is realized to control the active and reactive powers, in the second phase using an Optimal Power Flow (FPO), with minimization of active losses, as the objective function to analyze system performance. The FPO problem was simulated with the tool AMPL (A Modeling Language for Mathematical Programming), using the solver KNITRO. Simulations performed with a standard IEEE 14 barring "modified" clearly shows the benefits of using the associated generator control whit FPO.
