Abstract :
This paper presents a glow discharge device consisting of two cathodes (with permanent magnets) and an annular plate anode operating at low pressures. In the device, the electron radiation spectrum is recorded with a linearly polarized broadband antenna. With the radiation spectra, two kinds of electron motions were studied and the electron density was estimated.
