  • Abstract
    In the past ten years, the IEEE Transactions on Dielectric and Electrical Insulation have devoted three Special Issues on the subject of Liquid Dielectrics: the Issues of December 2009 (Vol. 16, No. 6), October 2012 (Vol. 19, No. 5) and the present one. As in the past, the Call for Papers was launched in conjunction with the 2014 IEEE International Conference on Liquid Dielectrics (ICDL), held from June 29th to July 3rd 2014 in Bled, Slovenia. This Conference was chaired by Prof. Maks Babuder of Electric Power Research Institute Milan Vidmar of Ljubljana (Slovenia).
