  • Abstract
    A broadband and compact low-temperature co-fired ceramic Wilkinson power divider is proposed with a fractional bandwidth of 180% using stacked multi-section structure. The size of the proposed multilayered power divider is only 4 mm × 4 mm × 1.33 mm with a significant size reduction of 84.6% compared with an equivalent planar one. Measured S11, S21, S22 and S23 of the proposed power divider are better than -15, -4.3, -16 and -17 dB from 2 to 38 GHz, respectively. Furthermore, performance comparison with an equivalent planar one is also discussed.
