Abstract :
A large-scale mobile communication network, such as military mobile communication system, usually has a two-level topology which is composed of the backbone and the user clustering access network. The difference of the user clustering architecture directly affects the topology of the user access network and the backbone and results in the efficiency of the network. Therefore, it is very important to optimize the user clustering algorithm. This paper suggests a clustering algorithm for a large-scale mobile communication network which can improve significantly the performance of the user access network and optimize the backbone architecture. Simulation results show that this algorithm can achieve the above target.
