Abstract
The development of models and estimators that can satisfactorily describe enzyme reactions are extremely valuable to understand life processes. In this paper, the problem of modeling and parameter estimation of enzyme reactions from a stochastic perspective is addressed. The simulation results show that obtained estimators are adequate and accurate enough for this type of systems.
